Crowell & Moring expands corporate and Real Estate practices with addition of Dalfen and Saltzman
Crowell & Moring LLP has bolstered its corporate group and commercial real estate practice with the addition of two partners from Dentons. The pair includes Sahra Dalfen and Jody Saltzman, who have joined the firm's corporate finance and securities practice and commercial real estate practice, respectively.
Dalfen has a broad corporate practice, including significant M&A and securities experience, with a particular focus on representing companies in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, as well as issuers and investors in securities offerings and financings.
Saltzman has considerable experience negotiating commercial leases nationwide on behalf of tenants, including retail leases, warehouses, showrooms, galleries, and office spaces for clients in the luxury, fashion, retail, healthcare, banking, and other industries.
She also represents private clients and institutional clients on property acquisitions and transfers, financing transactions, and title related matters.
