Cresa tenant's guides track 4th quarter commercial real estate market
The Cresa National Tenant's Guide, as well as the Albany NY Tenant's Guide from Cresa Albany are now available online. The tenant's guides are a recap of the national and regional commercial real estate markets for the fourth quarter 2011, with a little predictive look at 2012.

Cresa is the new corporate name for the 19 year old tenant representation firm, CresaPartners. The upstate NY Cresa affiliate office, formerly Conley Realty Associates, LTD, will now be known as "Cresa Albany."
