Crawford of HLC Realty brokers $11 million sale of 34,000 s/f medical building
Harden Crawford IV, principle of HLC Realty, LLC, a commercial real estate brokerage and investment firm out of Westport, CT, brokered the sale of 30 West Century Rd. for $11 million. The sale price represented $324 per s/f. Paramus Medical Center is a 100% occupied newly renovated 34,000 s/f, three story medical building. The building was built in 1979 and renovated within the last few years. The building was owned by the N.J.-based Atkins companies and purchased by a N.Y. real estate investment firm.
