Crampsie of NAI Summit leases a total of 50,625 s/f
John Crampsie, principal of NAI Summit has completed two leases totaling 50,625 s/f.
In the first deal, Crampsie represented the owner, Whitehall Riverside, in the lease renewal of 1139 Lehigh Ave. The tenant, Tarkett USA Inc, leased over 5,000 s/f of warehouse space and 17,000 s/f of office space (total of 22,000 s/f).
In the second transaction, Crampsie represented the owner, Whitehall Riverside, in the lease expansion of 28,625 s/f with Reed City Power Line Supply.
