This loan will enable the borrower, Association for Children with Down Syndrome, Inc. (ACDS), a not-for-profit organization founded in 1966, to refinance a two-story group home for six individuals with developmental disabilities in Merrick. Operational support for this home is provided by The New York State Office of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities (OMRDD).
CPC's financing is for 15 years with a fixed rate term and is SONYMA insured.
