Cowing of Pyramid negotiates $1.7 million sale of 125,816 s/f building
ZTS Commerce Dr. LLC has purchased a 125,816 s/f industrial manufacturing building located on 500 Commerce Dr. The sale price was $1.7 million. The seller was 500 Commerce Dr. LLC.
Robert Cowing, III of Pyramid Brokerage Company, a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance member, handled the negotiations for the sale.
