Courtney joins TerraCRG’s investment sales team as associate vice president

Brooklyn, NY According to TerraCRG, one of Brooklyn’s leading commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firms, Adam Courtney has joined Ofer Cohen and Dan Marks on their leading sales team as an associate vice president of residential development sales. After moving to New York in 2000, Courtney spent five years researching properties for Arizona investors in both Manhattan and Brooklyn, building his expertise on trends in neighborhood development that brought him to TerraCRG. Prior to joining TerraCRG, Courtney spent three years as an associate director at Lee & Associates NYC, where he specialized in commercial site development, investment sales and parking. Courtney has served on the board of ACCESS at the American Jewish Committee for eight years, holds a bachelor’s degree from Parsons School of Design in Photography and Design and moved on to get his master’s degree in Public Art Studies from the University of Southern California. During his time at the University of Southern California, Courtney worked with the city of Los Angeles to create a series of active engagement events for the community, while the city was in the process of rezoning and rebuilding the downtown area into an arts and cultural focal point. Since moving, Courtney has lived all over the boroughs of New York City. After spending a short six months in Queens, he made his way to Brooklyn and has lived in many neighborhoods ranging from Dumbo to Bushwick. Currently, he resides in Bedford-Stuyvesant.
