Cottet of Pyramid completes a sale and lease totaling 61,506 s/f

Pyramid Brokerage has completed the following transactions. The former GA Braun building located at 479 Brighton Avenue East, was sold in October 2010. Selflock Screw Products purchased the 60,547 s/f manufacturing facility, situated on 5.5 acres for $677,000. Gary Cottet of Pyramid Brokerage Company brokered this sale transaction on behalf of the seller GA Braun. Strategic Financial Services leased 959 s/f of office space in the Widewaters Office Park at 5790 Widewaters Pkwy. Cottet brokered the lease transaction with JF Real Estate for the landlord, Hub Properties Trust.
