* Haun Welding Supply purchased a 9,600 s/f industrial building located at 22495 Fisher Rd. New Venture Assets LLC sold the property in March 2013 for $485,000.
Gary Cottet and Patrick Hillery of Pyramid Brokerage Co. brokered the sale transaction.
* Pinnacle Wireless USA leased a 27,750 s/f industrial warehouse located at 6660 Myers Rd.
Jonathan Sayre of Pyramid Brokerage Co. represented the tenant in this lease transaction. Jim Laurenzo, also of Pyramid Brokerage Co., represented the property owner.
