Cosentino of TerraCRG retained to sell 3,600 s/f multifamily

According to TerraCRG, Matthew Cosentino, VP of investment sales has been retained as the exclusive agent for the sale of the multifamily building located at 201 Macdonough St. in the Stuyvesant Heights section of the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood. The four-story brownstone building is located between Throop Ave. and Marcus Garvey Blvd. on a historic district brownstone block. The 20 x 45 ft., 3,600 s/f building consists of four residential units and has a 1,100 s/f backyard. The second floor unit has expansive 11 ft. ceilings and tall windows allowing for an incredible amount of natural light. The ground floor unit has the potential to be duplexed with the basement to create a significant amount of additional living space. After duplexing the ground floor unit, the building has an annual rent potential of approximately $115,000. "This property presents a rare opportunity to own a breathtaking four family brownstone on one of the most beautiful blocks in Stuyvesant Heights," said Cosentino.
