New York, NY According to Cornerstone Land Abstract, Danielle Volpe has been promoted, and Doug Morgen has joined the firm.
Volpe was promoted to vice president of business development, to focus more on client development. Volpe previously worked as a title closer and business development executive. Volpe will work to enhance her current relationships in both the residential and commercial real estate community and will focus on developing and executing company sales and marketing plans while implementing new ideas and tools for the company.
Morgen joined the Cornerstone team as a business development executive. He will use his experience in complex transactions and all types of residential mortgages to help analyze clients’ individual circumstances, understand objectives and will formulate strategies to better serve our client base. Morgen’s past experience will provide a platform to educate and continue to add value to our clients. He will work on both residential and commercial transactions.
