CoreNet Global NYC Chapter appoints 2026 board of directors

Manhattan, NY The CoreNet Global New York City Chapter (CoreNet NYC) has named its 2026 board of directors, a dynamic group of industry leaders committed to advancing innovation, education, and community across the commercial real estate sector.

Leading the chapter as chair is  Christian Bryan, Vice President, Global Head of Real Estate and Workplace at CrowdStrike. Bryan brings deep expertise in corporate real estate strategy and operations, and a strong track record of leadership within the CoreNet community.

Joining Bryan on the executive leadership team are:

• Sonya Dufner, president – director of workplace strategy, principal, Gensler

• Sarah Wrench, vice president - global workplace services, Capital One

• Will Monaghan, treasurer – global head of corporate real estate, Willis Towers Watson

• Jason Aster, secretary – managing director, growth, KBA Lease Services.

With a membership of more than 1,000 corporate real estate professionals, CoreNet NYC continues to serve as the “Voice of the Tenant” in New York City. Representing both end-users and service providers from leading global organizations, the chapter remains at the forefront of workplace strategy, real estate innovation, and industry collaboration.

“As we look ahead to 2026, our focus is on strengthening the connections that drive our industry forward, bringing together diverse perspectives, fostering innovation, and delivering meaningful programming that reflects the evolving needs of our members,” said Bryan. “I’m honored to serve alongside such a talented group of leaders and build on the chapter’s strong foundation.”

• Programming & Outreach chair: Andie Moeder, NY director, work + change strategies, interiors, Jacobs

• Special Events Committee chair: Debra Cole, principal, director of client relations, HLW

• Sponsorship Committee chair: Laura Patel, global head of client solutions, financial & professional services, CBRE

• Strategic Planning chair: Mike Martino, facilities solution engineer, CBRE

• Innovation & Special Projects chair: Jeremy Libby, managing director, Newmark
