According to Wilbur Breslin, president, Breslin Realty Development Corp., his firm has negotiated the sale of property located at 3095 Hempstead Tpke. The purchaser was Dairy Queen Grill and Chill. The subject property is located on the north side of Hempstead Tpke. just east of Nassau Mall and consists of approximately 35,000 s/f with municipal parking directly adjacent to the site. Dairy Queen will develop a new ultra-modern fast food restaurant which will be the first of its kind.
