New York, NY Cooper-Horowitz, Inc. celebrated the 51st Annual Holiday Party at Michael Jordan’s Steakhouse. The Cooper-Horowitz event was attended by over 1,000 prominent real estate borrowers and lenders. Cooper-Horowitz, Inc. has been in business since 1964 and has arranged financing for thousands of commercial properties. Cooper-Horowitz also has an extensive advisory service for the most complex real estate transactions. The total volume is in excess of $14 billion annually. Cooper-Horowitz association with every lending institution will offer the borrower a myriad of different financing vehicles. Cooper-Horowitz's success is that the borrowing community is convinced that they are able to conclude their financing transactions to the end and have satisfied clients for over 45 years. Aside from the principals of the company who have been involved in the financing industry for over 90 years combined,Cooper-Horowitz's staff includes over 25 professionals, most of whom have been with the firm for over 20 years.
