Cooper-Horowitz arranges five financing deals totaling $191.3 million; Includes $163.8 million for four apartments by Adam and Robert Horowitz
Cooper-Horowitz, Inc. has arranged financing for the following five transactions totaling $191.3 million:
* Four Connecticut apartment properties: Hoyt Bedford Apartments and Morgan Manor Apartments in Stamford, Montoya Apartments in Branford, and Seramonte Apartments in Hamden. The package totals 1,170 apartment units. Cooper-Horowitz's Adam Horowitz and Robert Horowitz represented the firm in the $163.8 million loan.
* Armonk Sq., Armonk: A proposed 50,000 s/f mixed-use retail center. The $13.5 million loan was structured by Cooper-Horowitz's Justin Schacter and Jeffrey Horowitz.
* 61-15 Metropolitan Ave., Middle Village: A retail space. The $9.3 million loan was placed by Cooper-Horowitz's E. Robert Vegh.
* National Highway & Campgrounds Rd., La Vale, Md.: A retail space. The $3 million loan was placed by Vegh.
* 635 Old Country Rd., Plainview: A retail strip containing 6,818 s/f. The $1.7 million loan was was negotiated by Vegh.
