Heritage Realty Services has signed two leases totaling 7,291 s/f at Gannett Office Park, a class A office complex. The leases included:
* Westfair Communications, Inc., publisher of the Westchester County Business Journal, Fairfield County Business Journal and HV Biz, has renewed its 4,263 s/f headquarters for an additional 5.5 years at 3 Gannett Dr. George Constantin, president and CEO of Heritage, represented the ownership, while Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the deal.
* PNC Mortgage, the mortgage banking division of PNC Bank National Association, has signed a five-year lease for 3,028 s/f at 2 Gannett Dr. Constantin also represented the landlord, while Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant.
