Constantin of Heritage Realty brokers two leases totaling 7,291 s/f

Heritage Realty Services has signed two leases totaling 7,291 s/f at Gannett Office Park, a class A office complex. The leases included: * Westfair Communications, Inc., publisher of the Westchester County Business Journal, Fairfield County Business Journal and HV Biz, has renewed its 4,263 s/f headquarters for an additional 5.5 years at 3 Gannett Dr. George Constantin, president and CEO of Heritage, represented the ownership, while Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the deal. * PNC Mortgage, the mortgage banking division of PNC Bank National Association, has signed a five-year lease for 3,028 s/f at 2 Gannett Dr. Constantin also represented the landlord, while Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant. "We are thrilled that Westfair Communications and PNC Mortgage have chosen Gannett Office Park as their home—both as new tenants and as a continued member of the Heritage family," said Constantin. "With easily configured floorplates and competitive annual rents, Gannett Office Park is a viable headquarter option for businesses."
