Consolo & Aquino of Douglas Elliman's Retail Group arrange second location for Roundabout Couture at 1100 Madison Avenue

Faith Hope Consolo, chairman, and Joseph Aquino, executive vice president of Douglas Elliman's Retail Group, have arranged a second Madison Ave. location for Roundabout at 1100 Madison Ave., between 82nd and 83rd Sts. It is also the third Manhattan store that Consolo and Aquino have acquired for Roundabout as its exclusive broker, following the first Upper East boutique on Madison Ave. and 72nd St., and Soho location on Mercer at Prince St. "Roundabout is one of the finest luxury vintage and couture specialists in the country," said Consolo. "Clearly, upper Madison Avenue is an excellent placement for a retailer that specializes in such revered labels as Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent and Missoni." Aquino said, "With a stellar array of neighboring stores, Roundabout will be in good company. This area is well known for its affluent consumer profile, which is an important asset for this type of retail business." Among the local businesses along the immediate corridor are Alexis Bittar, Tumi, Jonathan Adler, Monnalisa, Infinity and Agnes B.
