Manhattan, NY The preeminent national leasing and sales team of Faith Hope Consolo, chairman, and Arthur Maglio of Douglas Elliman’s Retail Group have arranged a lease at 3556 Broadway for CityMD Urgent Care, a regional healthcare group. The new facility will be located on the ground level of a two-story building on the southeast corner of Broadway and 146th St. in the Hamilton Heights section of Harlem. It represents the group’s 20th location in Manhattan and its second in Harlem. Among the earliest and best known providers in the walk-in medical care category, CityMD offers a long list of medical services for non-life threatening injuries and treatable illnesses. Consolo and Maglio exclusively represented the landlord and the tenant was represented by Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Retail.
