The leasing and sales team of Faith Hope Consolo, chairman and Joseph Aquino, executive VP, along with Arthur Maglio, of Prudential Douglas Elliman's Retail Group, has enabled Dynasty Medical Care, P.C. to expand and relocate its clinic to a 3,000 s/f space at 1714-1730 Lexington Ave., between 107th and 108th Sts. in East Harlem. "The new medical center will be at the southernmost part of the East Harlem district, which nowadays is regarded as the 'upper' Upper East Side," said Consolo. "But what makes this relocation so important is that the diversity of Dynasty Medical Care's staff virtually mirrors the community."
