Dr. Robert Dropkin has secured a 5-year lease renewal for his 4,167 s/f OB/GYN practice at 6 Executive Park Dr. As his tenant representative, Cresa Albany helped Dr. Dropkin negotiate lease terms of key importance to his business needs.
