Conley of Conley & Associates lease 3,755 s/f
Zac Conley, CCIM, of Conley Associates represented the tenant, Center for Disability Services, in the leasing of 3,755 s/f of office space. The Center of Disability Services' new space will be located at 333 Delaware Ave. The landlord is IPEK Properties, LLC.
Conley Associates provides tenant/buyer representation, advisory services, design services, and construction supervision to commercial real estate clients.
