Conley Associates provides buyer representation services

Conley Associates provided buyer representation services to Dr. Edward Apicella for the purchase and re-development of 116 Everett Rd. The Conley Associates design and construction supervision department assisted the client in not only the visualization of the projects' hidden potential, but also in the cost effective implementation of the same. In this case, Conley was instrumental in the development of layout finishes, furniture placement, as well as plans to reconfigure and redesign the space. They also assisted the new owner in assembling a design team of his own. Conley Assoc. further handled all municipal meetings and submittals for the required approvals and advised in the hiring and coordination of a general contractor for the remodeling of the existing space to create a new medical office. The work included the design and construction, not only, of the interior medical space, but also of a new façade and site landscaping for the office plaza. The seller was Everett Rd Plaza, LLC.
