The deals include the following: * Zac Conley, CCIM, of Conley Assocs. exclusively represented the tenant, Upstate Ob/Gyn Associates, P.C., in the leasing of 11,200 s/f of office space at 1365 Washington Ave. The landlord is Columbia Washington Ventures, LLC. * Eric Simonds, CCIM, of Conley Assocs. represented the tenant, Adirondack Urology Associates, P.C., in the lease renewal of 3,534 s/f of medical space at 100 Park St., Glens Falls. The landlord is Glens Falls Hospital. * Leah Capobianco of Conley Assocs. represented the tenant, Dr. Gath, in the lease renewal of 2,661 s/f of office space at 1365 Washington Ave. The landlord is 1375 Associates, LLC.
