Concourse Realty Partners handles $2.8 million sale

Bronx, NY Concourse Realty Partners completed the sale of 3184 Webster Ave. The sale price was $2.8 million.

The subject is an 8,700 s/f auto repair shop with development rights. David Simone, Bradley Evans, and Ed Gevinski represented the sellers, Joe Cumiskey and John Miklos, and the buyer, Mark Stagg of the Stagg Group. Stagg has filed plans for a 10-story, 70-unit building. Located in the  Norwood area, the site allows for 36,574 buildable s/f as of right and 48,765 buildable s/f under the optional inclusionary housing program.
