Brooklyn, NY Matrix Technology Group (MTG), a provider of technology infrastructure consulting, design, and integration, has been retained by multinational real estate brokerage Compass for a fast-track project at its new 3,100 s/f Brooklyn Heights sales office, at 124 Montague St. The project, which represents MTG’s 161 Compass assignment in two years, entails the design, integration, installation, and maintenance of low voltage, audio-visual and electronic security systems.

The protocols for the Brooklyn Heights location are consistent with other projects MTG has completed for Compass, encompassing installations in brokerage and back-office units throughout the United States. In addition to physical cabling, system integration, and programming, MTG’s contract includes 24/7 maintenance service.

“We are proud our work is so valued by a preeminent brand recognized worldwide for its superior technology capabilities,” said Emir Hot, MTG founder and strategy/partner. “To meet the scope of Compass’s technology needs, we have ensured inhouse technicians are ready to provide optimal service at all times.”

Jim Breslin, delivery/partner, MTG said, “We were asked to complete all three installations within a month. But after so many projects together, we are confident we will meet those expectations and beyond!”

To mitigate supply chain issues that could result in possible project delays, MTG previously stocked up on a variety of materials, many pertinent to Compass’s specific installations. In addition, MTG initiated a program last year training inhouse technicians in more than one trade to ensure flexible teams would always be accessible to this client and others.
