Commercial Realty Hub completes $900,000 sale
Commercial Realty Hub has sold 37-39 Jericho Tpke. for $900,000. Mahmud "Wazi" Wazihullah, managing partner of Commercial Realty Hub represented the seller. Rich Pisacone of Sutton and Edwards represented the buyer.
The property has great visibility near Roslyn Rd. and close to Meadowbrook opposite the Entenmann's. It also includes parking.
