Commercial Defeasance launches iDefease app

Commercial Defeasance, LLC has launched iDefease, one of the first defeasance apps. iDefease is a mobile calculator that allows commercial real estate professionals to estimate defeasance costs for any loan instantly on their iPhone, iTouch or iPad. It also answers frequently asked questions and gives users the option to call Commercial Defeasance for assistance with the touch of a button. John Hosmer, CEO of Commercial Defeasance, said, "iDefease is the latest in a long line of industry innovations from Commercial Defeasance that are designed to help commercial real estate professionals Defease With Ease. We were on the cutting edge of technology when we developed the first web-based defeasance calculator ten years ago, so it was natural for Commercial Defeasance to lead the way again with the first defeasance app for mobile devices."
