Coleman and Kaufman of Hanley represents GoldenTree in 60,000 s/f lease

Manhattan, NY According to BXP, GoldenTree Asset Management has signed a 15-year, 60,000 s/f lease at the GM Building. The lease, which spans the 43rd and 44th floors, is an expansion of GoldenTree’s New York City operations.

GoldenTree’s expansion in the GM Building, slated for 2026, will allow the firm to create a high-performing workspace that supports the company’s growth and success.

Jim Coleman and Steven Kaufman from Hanley Advisors represented GoldenTree.

Founded in 2000, GoldenTree is an employee-owned, global asset management firm.
