Coldwell Banker Commercial Prime Properties provides services for 222 units

Coldwell Banker Commercial Prime Properties provided real estate advisory services for a 222 (34 building) unit upscale apartment complex. Construction on Watersview Apartments began this week, and is being developed by an entity of Prime Companies. "We expect residents to be able to move into the first phase by this fall" said Ken Raymond, broker/owner of Coldwell Banker Commercial Prime Properties. These apartments will have a variety of one, two and three-bedroom townhouse style units, all situated on 15 acres across from Peebles Island State Park on the Hudson River. One bedroom units will range from 869-1,131 s/f, two bedroom units from 1,046-1,535 s/f and three bedrooms are approximately 1,544 s/f. All units will have an attached one car garage as well as high end finishes, amenities, in-ground swimming pool, club house and river access for recreational activities.
