Coldwell Banker Commercial groups meet at 555 Madison Ave.

Coldwell Banker Commercial agents from Long Island, New York City and New Jersey met on June 18, to promote better and more diverse service to their customers and clients. Information was exchanged about available properties and customer requirements in an effort to solve their client's real estate challenges as expeditiously as possible. Hosting the event was David Michonski, CEO Coldwell Banker Commercial Properties Unlimited, which was held at their office at 555 Madison Ave. Leading the delegation from Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT Long Island (17 offices) was Edward Smith, regional director. Also attending from Long Island were Lee Rosner CCIM and his agents representing Coldwell Banker Commercial Rosner and Associates. The agents from Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT New Jersey (17 offices) were led by regional director Jim Brunette. Over 80 agents attended and exchanged information at the event. Relationships were developed that will truly allow Coldwell Banker Commercial to better serve its clients now and in the future.
