Cohen of Refined arranges $11.972 million mortgage

Bronx, NY Refined,announced the successful closing of a $11.972 million commercial mortgage for a modern multifamily property located in the West Farms neighborhood.

The deal was brokered by Yaniv Cohen, CEO and partner at Refined. The 10-year mortgage features a 75% Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio and a competitive interest rate of 5.58%. Furthermore, the loan is non-recourse.

The property, which showcases thoughtful urban design, boasts 8 stories and houses 46 residential units across a total of 28,000 s/f. The development represents a significant contribution to the rejuvenation and growth of the West Farms area.

With this successful deal, Refined continues to underscore its capabilities as a leading commercial mortgage brokerage, leveraging its extensive network and industry expertise to negotiate optimal financing terms for diverse commercial properties.
