Cohen of NorthMarq Capital arranges $3.763 million in refinancing for 77,720 s/f industrial building
Gary Cohen, senior vice president/senior director of NorthMarq Capital's New Jersey office arranged refinancing worth $3.763 million for 2 Dedrick Place. Terms for the 77,720 s/f single tenant industrial building featured a seven-year loan based on a 25-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq financed the loan through its correspondent, Unum Life Insurance Company.
"Unum provided an attractive seven year refinancing with a flexible prepayment structure in order to retain this quality loan in their portfolio," said Cohen.
