Cohen of Ashlind Properties negotiates 2 transactions totaling 270,000 s/f

Richard Cohen of Ashlind Properties negotiated the purchase of 23 acres of land with Expressway frontage located at Exit 66 in Yaphank on behalf of Global Tissue Group Inc. Global Tissue plans to merge its two existing operations into a new, 180,000 s/f high-cube manufacturing building and warehouse. The facility will have the expansion capability of 170,000 s/f. Negotiations of the legal contract was handled by Andrew Presberg of Andrew Presberg P.C. In another transaction, CMB Wireless, a leader in cellular communication technology, purchased a 90,000 s/f facility located at 116 Wilbur Place, Bohemia, N.Y.  The deal was negotiated by Cohen.  The building, which contains 60,000 s/f of offices and finished space, will serve as CMB's Corporate Headquarters and also houses its R&D and warehouse operations.
