Cohen of Ashlind Properties brokers 15,000 s/f lease to Disc Graphics

Richard Cohen, president of Ashlind Properties, has arranged a lease for 15,000 s/f of industrial space for Disc Graphics Inc. Disc Graphics, a manufacturer of packaging for beauty and personal care products, entertainment media, healthcare and consumer products, leased the space at 903 Motor Pkwy., which is owned by for Shelf Life Inc., a distributor of home furnishings. Disc Graphics, which has its headquarters at 10 Gilpin Ave., about one-tenth of a mile away, will use the space for expansion of its operations. The building totals 90,000 s/f. Cohen, who represented Disc Graphics, also represented the landlord.
