Cohen of Ashlind Properties arranges 30,000 s/f sub-lease in Ronkonkoma

Ronkonkoma, NY Richard Cohen, president of Ashlind Properties, has brokered a 30,000 s/f lease to Artbean Inc. and Recommerce Group Industries. The 6.5-year sub-lease is for space at 2110 Fifth Ave. Artbean is an E-commerce seller of art work and Recommerce Group is an industry leader in returned product management, return center services, remanufacturing, reprocessing, repairing and recycling of consumer products.
