Richard Cohen of Ashlind Properties represented L.D. Flecken Inc., a custom architectural metal fabricator, in a lease for 12,000 s/f of industrial space at 28 Colt Ct.
Flecken, which took occupancy of the vacant building on March 15, will use the property, owned by Bohemia-based Feldman Properties, for warehousing and assembly.
Flecken previously was located in West Babylon.
The Colt Court building previously housed Micro Contract Manufacturing, which relocated.
