Cohen of Ashlind Properties arranges 12,000 s/f industrial lease

Richard Cohen of Ashlind Properties represented L.D. Flecken Inc., a custom architectural metal fabricator, in a lease for 12,000 s/f of industrial space at 28 Colt Ct. Flecken, which took occupancy of the vacant building on March 15, will use the property, owned by Bohemia-based Feldman Properties, for warehousing and assembly. Flecken previously was located in West Babylon. The Colt Court building previously housed Micro Contract Manufacturing, which relocated. Ashlind Properties is an independent, full-service commercial real estate firm that provides a high level of specialized industrial real estate brokerage.
