Hauppauge, NY Richard Cohen, president of Ashlind Properties has brokered two sales totaling $7.345 million. 

In the first deal, Cohen represented the seller, Meopta U.S.A., and buye, LNK International, Inc. in the $5.35 million sale of 50 Davids Dr. The 40,000 s/f facility is fully air conditioned and has expansion capabilities. 

In the second deal, Cohen represented the seller, Halddr Holding Corp., and buyer, R & S Realty Group LLC, in the $1.995 million sale of  87 E. Jefryn Blvd., Deer Park. The purchaser owns Integrated Technology Labs.  

There will be 7,500 s/f available in the building for lease.
