Cohen joins Eastern Consolidated's retail leasing division

Continuing the rapid expansion of its retail leasing division, Eastern Consolidated has added industry veteran Brad Cohen as senior director. The retail leasing expert and three-time CoStar Power Broker will focus on landlord advisory services. Prior to joining Eastern Consolidated, Cohen was a landlord advisor at the Shopping Center Group (SCG Retail) where he spearheaded the development of advisory services for the New York office and completed numerous transactions on behalf of property owners including Equity Residential, Prana Investments, and J. P. Morgan Asset Management. Prior to SCG, Cohen served as a retail leasing agent at Ripco Real Estate for seven years where he provided strategic advice to institutional and private ownership groups.
