Islandia, NY Richard Cohen, president of Ashlind Properties, an industrial/commercial Realtor, has brokered the following three deals:
• Cohen represented Corfu Property LLC, the seller, in the $3.284 million sale of 165 Oval Dr. The buyer, Island Industries Corp., will use the 28,373 s/f property for their new headquarters. Cohen had previously assisted Corfu Property in the sale of this property two years ago.
• Cohen represented the landlord, P.C. Richard & Son, and tenant, Diamond Truck, in a 80,000 s/f lease at 470 Commack Rd., Deer Park. The building consists of 16 loading docks with 20-ft. clear ceiling height and a large lot with extra truck parking.
• Cohen represented the landlord, 40 Daniel LLC, and the tenant, Fusion Auto Finance LLC, with a 0.75-acre land lease adjacent to 40 Daniel St., Farmingdale. Fusion Auto will be using this land for car parking.
