Cohen and Rosner of Newmark Knight Frank arrange 12,000 s/f lease

According to Skyline Developers president Orin Wilf, a 15-year lease was signed for the entire 12,000 s/f 10th floor of 1040 Avenue of the Americas was to Northeast Power Coordinating Council. As exclusive leasing agent, Newmark Knight Frank executive VP William Cohen arranged the transactions on behalf of Skyline Developers. Northeast Power Coordinating Council was represented by Barry Rosner, senior managing director at Newmark Knight Frank.? 1040 Avenue of the Americas, is a 24-story, 256,000 s/f office building in the commuter triangle The pre-built office suites range from 3,500 to 12,000 s/f and feature glass walled conference rooms, tenant-controlled HVAC, full-height paneled wood doors, quality hardware, high-end lighting, fully operable windows and pantries with stainless appliances. Space can be leased individually or combined. Newmark Knight Frank is the leasing agent for 1040 Avenue of the Americas.
