Cohen and Hakimian of Itzhaki Properties broker $3.25 million sale
Itzhaki Properties has sold 325 East 10th St. for for $3.25 million.
Located in the East Village between Ave. A & Ave. B, the property consisted of two buildings on one tax lot, totaling 9,100 s/f with 22 apartments and one commercial unit.
Edan Cohen and Ivan Hakimian of Itzhaki Properties represented both the buyer and the seller.
