Clem Cote, Sovereign Realty Group Caporrino and Cote of Sovereign Realty complete $2.55 million sale

Sovereign Realty Group has closed on the sale of free-standing Burger King property located at 942 West Jericho Tpke. The 3,610 s/f building sits on a two-acre parcel along a busy stretch of Jericho Tpke. The property was formerly occupied by Wendy's and sat vacant for many years. A local Burger King franchisee signed a new long-term lease and the property underwent an extensive renovation. The new Burger King opened for business in October, 2014. The property sold for $2.55 million in an all-cash transaction with a short escrow period. Frank Caporrino and Clem Cote, managing principals of Sovereign Realty Group, represented the buyer and seller. Sovereign Realty Group is a full-service commercial real estate investment advisory firm, specializing in the sale of investment properties nationwide.
