Cleeman sells Park Plaza Shopping Center for $10.3 million

Chalmette, LA Cleeman Realty Group has completed the $10.3 million sale of Park Plaza Shopping Center, a Winn Dixie anchored retail center located at 3300 Paris Rd. The property sits on 4.76 acres and consists of 99,238 s/f. The property was 100% occupied at the time of sale including a Winn Dixie that has been serving the community for over 35 years.

Michael Cleeman and Sam Seelenfreund of Cleeman Realty Group represented the buyer and Paul Richard and Ryan Pearce of NAI Latter Blum represented the seller in the transaction.

“The buyer was attracted to the high performing Winn Dixie and strong lineup of national tenants,” said Seelenfreund.
