Clark, Stegner and Cashimere of CBRE|Buffalo to handle bid sale of 198,000 s/f Tishman Building
The 20-story, 198,000 s/f Tishman Building, located at 10 Lafayette Sq. in Downtown Buffalo, is currently on the market. The current owner, New York City investment group Lillian Goldman Family Trust LLC, has agreed to sell both the building and land.
The Tishman Building, constructed in 1958, had at one point in time served as the corporate headquarters for National Fuel Gas Corp. After National Fuel moved its offices to Amherst, the building has remained nearly empty with only a handful of tenants.
CB Richard Ellis|Buffalo is currently managing the bid process sale with brokers Charles Clark, Shana Stegner and Sarah Cashimere handling the deal.
