Clark and Westfall of Pyramid rep seller in $1.1m sale of Clay Golf Dome
John Clark, SIOR, CRE and Christopher Westfall of Pyramid Brokerage Company, represented the seller, Rte. 31 Associates, in the sale of the Clay Golf Dome. The property is situated on 43.89 located at 3985 Rte. 31. Wegman's Food Markets purchased the property for $1.1 million.
