City Connections Commercial arranges two leases totaling 11,396 s/f

City Connections Commercial has completed two leases totaling 11,396 s/f. The deals include: * An 850 s/f retail lease on the 1st floor at 1055 Westchester Ave. The tenant is Gem Pawnbrokers Corp. Both the landlord, Simpson West Realty, and tenant were represented by City Connections agent Barry Fields. * A 10,546 s/f lease on the 7th floor of 71 West 23rd St. to Postgraduate Center for Mental Health. The tenant was represented by Jon Fein of Cushman & Wakefield and John Thompson (formerly of Cushman & Wakefield). The landlord, the Trustees of the Masonic Hall was represented by Herb Goldberg and David Schlamm of City Connections.
