* An 850 s/f retail lease on the 1st floor at 1055 Westchester Ave. The tenant is Gem Pawnbrokers Corp. Both the landlord, Simpson West Realty, and tenant were represented by City Connections agent Barry Fields.
* A 10,546 s/f lease on the 7th floor of 71 West 23rd St. to Postgraduate Center for Mental Health.
