CIREB welcomes broker, assoc. and appraisal members

CIREB is an organization of real estate professionals who broker the sale, lease and/or exchange of commercial properties. The goal of CIREB is to represent the common interests of its members and at the same time allow its clients the benefit of the experience of 500 commercial specialists working together. CIREB's membership includes brokers, agents, property managers, developers, appraisers, attorneys, developers, economic development agencies and financial institutions actively engaged in the business of commercial real estate. Its marketing sessions are held on the first Thursday of every month from 8 to 10 a.m. Attendance averages 100 members, who come to network, market their property to other members in attendance and hear from one of many members of the communities invited to speak. CIREB welcomes its newest members: * Broker membership: Renee Farley, Renee Farley Realty Group and Kurt Van Wormer, Circle One Realty. * Associate membership: Joseph Leavens, CB Richard Ellis/Albany; Bruce Matt, Coldwell Banker; Shaun O'Rourke, Pyramid Brokerage Corp.; and John Sullivan, BBL Realty. * Appraisal membership: Reesa Guarino, NYS Office of Real Property Services. CIREB's upcoming marketing sessions include: * June 5th hosted by The United Group of Companies at 107 Hermes Rd., United Step #1, Saratoga Tech Plus Energy Park in Malta. The United STEP 1 building is located in the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) backed Saratoga Tech + Energy Park (STEP Park). * July 10th will be hosted by Conley Associates. * Marketing sessions will be suspended for the month of August. CIREB holds its monthly marketing sessions on the first Thursday of each month and are free to all CIREB members. Guests may attend these sessions at a cost of $10 per person.
