CIREB and NYSCAR to host course on May 28

The Commercial Real Estate: All About Leases course will be taught by Edward Smith, regional director and corporate commercial trainer for Coldwell Banker Commercial on Long Island. The course will contain 7.5 hours of continuing education credits. The course will be held from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on May 28 at the Italian American Center. Course tuition is $100 for members and non-members. Registration should be made directly with www.nyscar.org Lunch will be sponsored by BBL Development.
