Cinque and Bailey of Colliers International complete 19,379 s/f lease renewal

Colliers International has completed a 19,379-square-foot renewal on behalf of law firm Lum, Drasco & Positan at 103 Eisenhower Parkway, also known as the Eisenhower/280 Corporate Center, in Roseland, N.J. Mack-Cali is the landlord. The Colliers International leasing team of Bryn Cinque and Jim Bailey represented the tenant. They noted that Mack-Cali, one of the strongest, financially stable property owners in the tri-state region, was a key contributor in the renewal process. "Lum, Drasco & Positan have a strong relationship with Mack-Cali and wanted to remain in the building," said Cinque, executive managing director with Colliers International. "Renewing in the well-positioned and maintained space also provides operational continuity for both their clients and employees."
