Ciminelli Real Estate Corp. names Gottstine chief operating officer

Ciminelli Real Estate Corp., one of Western New York's leading full service real estate companies, has promoted James Gottstine to chief operating officer. He will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, as well as assisting in its short and long term strategic planning. Gottstine's leadership over the years has contributed to bringing the company to the forefront of the industry. His career began with Ciminelli in 1991, and throughout his 22-year career, he has worked in every facet of the real estate process, serving as vice president of finance, assistant treasurer, and assistant vice president. Most recently, in 2006, he was named senior vice president of Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation. Gottstine holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a master's degree in Business Administration from Canisius College with a concentration in Finance. Gottstine is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and a member of the NAIOP (Commercial Real Estate Development Association) Investment Management Forum. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Amherst Chamber of Commerce. Headquartered in Williamsville, New York, Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation specializes in commercial real estate services including property management, asset management, tenant representation, real estate consulting, leasing, and development to over 350 international, national, and local clients in Western and Central New York, Florida, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut. -30-
